Writing Contests.
Every issue of the miracle e-zine will contain some writing tasks. You have to send in your work in response to these tasks and the best pieces will win some exciting prizes and a special feature in the next issue of the magazine.
Send in your entries latest by 25 May 2013.
Guidelines:
1.All entries are supposed to be sent by e-mail to miracle.ezine@yahoo.com .
2.Type in "writing contest" in the subject line.
3. Also mention your full name and your age.
Issue 6:
-
Write a descriptive poetry about any scenery.

Use any of Sherlock Homes stories’ to write a fictional piece.
Issue 5:
1. Write a lyrical poem.
2. Write a short story based on the play of William Shakespeare “ Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Issue 4:
1. Write a creative story in not more than 1000 words about how you initially started writing and your experience in the writing world until now.
2. Write a dramatic poem. You can use some help from Pg. 51 of the magazine.
Issue 3
1. Write a haiku. You can take some help and ideas from the article
on “Haiku” on page no. 48 of the magazine.
2. Write a holiday based poem or story.
Issue 2
1. Write a monostich poem. You can take some help and ideas from the article on “Monostich Poem” on page no. 57 of the magazine.
2. Write a horror short-story or poem in not more than 1000 words. You could also make it humorous.You can take help from the words in the box:
Chill, Spooky, Gloom, Scary, Hair-raising, Cobwebs, Eerie, Frightened, Spine-chilling, Spirit, Paranormal, Corpse, Shivers of fear, Creepy, Aura, Abnormal, Mist, Blood curdling sensation, Specter, Dare, Phantasm, Ghoul, Uncanny atmosphere, Phantom, Wicked laughter, lifeless, Grotesque, Apprehension, Hooves.
Issue 1 :
1. Write a short story taking the main character as your favorite cartoon character and the best story will win a special feature in the next issue with a free copy of the issue.
2. Write a short story or a poem using all or some words from the box given below:

Founded in June 2012, Miracle Magazine, is a literary and art magazine. It is a magazine for and by writers and publishes works by emerging/ established writers from around the world. It seeks submissions in poetry, short-fiction, prose, non-fiction, author interviews, book reviews and art/photography. It mainly aims at promoting works by young writers and artists.
